Talk to Harper, the Instructor. He will ask you to kill 60 Dark Bladers. Again, i'll spare the screenshot with the Dark Blader's location.
CAUTION!!! With the Update 'Secrets Of Radiant Hall' you will no longer find him standing in the middle of nowhere. As you can see from the screenshot, you will meet him in the center of Port Lux now.

Talk to Yuan inside the Port Lux Residence again. She will send you to 'kill the heathens'. In clear words, go to the dungeon marked on the mini map (screenshot04) and return to her after you finished.
