She hands you over a necklace that absent-minded Arionell dropped by accident. Return it to her. You will find her in the Port Lux Residence (behind Officer Morison, screenshot02). Simply listen to her story and there you go:

He sends you to the area where the Dark Bladers are, south of Port Lux. Enter the dungeon to meet Silverwood. Fight your way through the dungeon and meet Aldebaran at the Desert Scream Adventurer Lodging.
