Ever since the researchers of the C.A. Transmute Theory realized that they could control a core's inconsistent attributes by using yet another legacy of the Honorable Age called "Disc", they started researching if it would be possible to control cores by using things other than "Disc". After much research, they found out that there are several materials that can be used to control cores even though their controlling powers are not as efficient as Disc, but those materials can become more powerful when they are used with Disc.
Unfortunately, various results of their research into the subject caused the legal prohibition of practicing the C.A. Transmute Theory by the articles of "the prohibition of practicing or studying mass murder weapons" in the charter of the 3rd NCC (Nevareth Continental Council) constitution. However, even if the C.A. Transmute research was prohibited by law, it seems people never stopped trying new methods of the C.A. Transmute Theory on those mysterious materials that were identified for their effects in controlling core's inconsistent attributes.
